RV Travel Expenses – 2018-19 YTD

Now that we have been on the full time RV travel journey for two and a half years, I decided to get back into the accountant mode and do a little financial analysis. No, not going back to work again. Just getting off the bench for a brief few minutes to do a checkup on our spending rate. Maybe by sharing we can help others planning an RV life, just as many others helped us. So, here’s a quick update on our RV travel expenses for almost two years.

On The Road to Alpine Wyoming

On The Road to Alpine Wyoming! This segment of our summer travels should be another highlight for sure. Pat has wanted to get back to the Teton Mountains since we first saw them in 1979 – 40 years ago! Cheyenne, Wyoming – Another New State

Pat and I begin our 6-week tour of Wyoming in the capital city of Cheyenne, Wyoming! Carlsbad, New Mexico: Caverns, Hiking, and Aliens!

Carlsbad, New Mexico: Caverns, Hiking, and Aliens! Our almost six months in Texas has come to an end with our westward journey into New Mexico. Did I mention that we saw a huge cavern, took a great hike and went to Roswell, NM?

Fredericksburg – Texas Hill Country and a Visit From Family!

We really enjoyed our short nine day stay in this lovely small German town! Fredericksburg definitely made the “return to” list. Besides having a great and walkable downtown area (that was only 3-4 blocks from the RV park), the area has a multitude of wineries and great restaurants, the LBJ Texas White House and ranch nearby, and the surrounding hills are rich with abundant wildflowers!
